By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

Refund Policy:

Fees

All visa fees are charged per applicant, regardless of age. 

Effective October 18, 2024, all fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for only one application/service.

In some cases, courier services are available and will be billed separately. Applicants must specify if they prefer delivery of their package, rather than arranging for pick-up.

Payment Terms

Payment should be made in full and proof of payment must be provided before the processes can begin. 

Payments should be made after KD Creative Solutions confirms that the client or applicant is eligible for the services offered. 

All payments are to be made in Jamaican currency via the designated Business bank account provided by KD Creative Solutions. 

Visa Decision

Please note that the decision to grant or deny a visa is solely at the discretion of the consular officer for the respective counties. KD Creative Solutions does not influence or guarantee the outcome of your visa application. If the visa application is denied, a new visa application and fee will need to be submitted to apply again.

Document Preparation Services

Our document preparation services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the content provided. By using our services, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for reviewing and approving the final document. Full payment is required upfront. We do not guarantee acceptance or approval of any documents submitted to third parties.

Data Privacy 

Any personal data provided to KD Creative Solutions will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Ownership, Usage Rights, and Confidentiality

KD Creative Solutions retains full ownership of speeches and all related materials. The client is granted a one-time, non-exclusive license to use the speech as agreed upon. The client may not reproduce, share, redistribute, or repurpose the speech, study guides, or related materials for any purpose beyond the agreed use without prior written consent from KD Creative Solutions.

If the speech and/or related materials are used in a way that leads to commercial or viral success, KD Creative Solutions reserves the right to negotiate a 50% royalty rate for any further use, commercialization, or repurposing of the materials.

All materials are confidential, and any breach of confidentiality could result in legal action. KD Creative Solutions also retains the right to reference the work privately for business purposes but will not display it publicly without the client's written permission.

Use of Testimonials

We reserve the right to use testimonials for marketing purposes; however, names and faces will not be displayed unless explicit permission is granted by the client.

Fraudulent Information and Our Right to Refuse Service

Providing fraudulent information for visa or other application purposes is illegal and can result in serious consequences. KD Creative Solutions is not responsible for any inaccurate information that is provided by any client. KD Creative Solutions also reserves the right to refuse service if the information provided is suspected to be inconsistent or fraudulent. 

Internet Use and Security

Clients are responsible for taking precautions when browsing, using sites, or sending information over the internet. KD Creative Solutions cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet and is not liable for any data breaches or cyber-attacks.
